Scope of work
- Survey & design: network diagram, cabling diagram, VLAN segmentation, backbone redundancy.
- Cabling infrastructure: CAT6/CAT6A network cable, single-mode/multi-mode fibre, trunking – conduit – cable trays, racks, patch panels.
- Network equipment: core / access switches, routers, firewalls, WiFi access points and controllers.
- Standardisation & labelling: labelling both ends, producing as-built diagrams, certified link testing.
- Traffic separation: internal, guest, camera and server networks – VLAN segmentation and security policy.
Delivery process
- Survey the site & requirements – number of network points, distances, environment (office / plant).
- Design & quote – drawings, bill of materials & equipment, schedule.
- Sign the contract.
- Installation – cabling, rack installation, terminations, equipment configuration, VLAN segmentation.
- Testing & acceptance – link testing, handover of as-built diagrams and test results.
- Warranty & support – project warranty, with an optional scheduled maintenance package.
Service commitment (SLA)
- Installation to standard, with certified link testing at handover.
- Full handover of as-built diagrams and technical documentation.
- A 12-month warranty on installation work.
- Experience working at an FDI factory in VSIP II Industrial Park and other industrial parks in southern Vietnam.
