- Choose Vietnam, enter your phone number with country code 84, enter your password and click Login.
- Select the camera you want to view; choose SHD to pick the Hi-Def mode.
- Click the clock icon to review recordings by time.
- Use the mouse to pick a time point to review.
- Right-click the screen and choose Start Recording to record the screen.
- Maximise the window by clicking the square icon in the top right.
- Click the control icon, then the up, down, right and left arrows to pan the camera.

4. To reduce the FPS (frames per second) on an EZVIZ camera and save network bandwidth, follow these steps:

- Select the camera you want to adjust.
- Go to the camera’s Settings.
- Find Video Quality or Advanced Settings.
- Choose the FPS or Frame Rate section.
- Lower the FPS to the level you want (going from 15 FPS to 10 FPS usually cuts bandwidth significantly while keeping fairly good image quality).
- Save the changes.
