The 1st Congress of Delegates of the Tay Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association (term 2026–2031) has just concluded with resounding success. Beyond being an important milestone marking the unity of the province’s business community, the Congress made a strong impression with its professionalism and modernity, bearing the clear mark of “digital transformation”.
This result was not by chance but the “sweet fruit” of a well-structured strategic cooperation roadmap between the Tay Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association (TYE) and IT Solution Investment Company Limited (GPIT) in deploying the VBA (Vietnam Business Alliance) digital ecosystem.
From a strategic handshake to realising Phase 1
Closely following the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on national digital transformation, GPIT and the Tay Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, laying the foundation for building a “comprehensive digitisation platform for the business community” in the province.
With the motto “Connect – Converge – Break through”, the two sides quickly put the project into practice, officially launching Phase 1 of the VBA ecosystem at the end of 2025. This step focused on standardising all member data, setting up a smart internal management system and building a multi-dimensional information network. The solid data foundation from Phase 1 created the perfect basis for deploying the advanced modules for this Congress.
The VBA-Event module: turning a traditional congress into a fully digitised experience
Managing a large-scale congress is always an organisational challenge. Thanks to the standardised data foundation, the Event Management module (VBA-Event) resolved the “bottlenecks” completely and brought a breath of fresh air:

Ultra-fast QR code check-in: each delegate received a unique identifying QR code. In under 2 seconds per scan, attendance was recorded with perfect accuracy, completely eliminating queues at the reception desk.

A “paperless congress” experience: thousands of pages of reports and drafts were digitised and integrated directly into the VBA app. Delegates could easily look up documents on their mobile devices – secure and environmentally friendly.

Real-time analytics: providing real-time statistics to the organising committee, supporting quick decisions in important voting sessions.
